Apartamentos Pedregal by RentalMe is a set of 15 refurbished apartments across two entrances on Calle Manuel Pedregal, in central Oviedo: number 4 bis, with the seasonal-rental apartments, and number 8 bis, with the tourist apartments.

Management is handled by RentalMe, which takes care of cleaning, maintenance and guest support from booking through to departure. Access to every apartment is self-managed through a smart lock, so there's no need to coordinate key handovers.
