Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form or write to the assistant, and on the performance of the booking where applicable.

Retention

Conversations with the assistant are kept for 90 days. Enquiries sent through the contact form are kept for 24 months.

Recipients

For the assistant to work, your messages are sent to the AI provider Anthropic. Your data is also accessible to the website's hosting provider. Data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to vilorterasl@gmail.com.

Automated decisions

No automated decisions producing legal effects on you are made from your data.
