Superior is a one-bedroom apartment on Calle Manuel Pedregal finished to a higher standard than the rest of the tourist-rental range, one minute's walk from Oviedo's train and bus stations, right in the centre of the city, with cafés and shops close by.
The bedroom has a 150 cm double bed and generously sized wardrobes for luggage. The living room includes a 140 cm sofa bed as well as a smart TV, with enough space to host three guests without feeling crowded, even during longer stays.
The kitchen, built into the living room, is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and full cookware, with higher-grade appliances than the other tourist apartments in the building. The bathroom has a full-size shower, with fresh towels and toiletries included.
Access is self-managed through a smart lock, with no need to coordinate a key handover. High-speed wifi, individual air conditioning and heating are included, along with bed linen and towels. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, with no lift.
