Urban Superior

Urban Superior is a one-bedroom apartment on Calle Manuel Pedregal, in the 8 BIS building of Apartamentos Pedregal, finished to a superior standard and designed for two guests. It stands out from the rest of the tourist range with one detail of its own: a work desk with chair, separate from the sleeping area.

The bedroom is self-contained, with a 150 cm double bed, wardrobes for luggage and, by the window, the desk with chair — a corner built for guests combining the trip with work days without leaving the room.

The separate living-dining room has a sofa (not a sofa bed) and a smart TV for evenings in. The kitchen, integrated into the same space, has a ceramic hob, a combined oven-microwave, a fridge and the cookware needed to prepare any meal.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a spacious shower, and every booking includes quality bed linen and towels. Access is self-managed through a smart lock: your phone or a code works as the key from arrival, with no need to coordinate with anyone. High-speed wifi, individual air conditioning and heating are included.

The apartment is on the first floor of the building, with no lift, one minute's walk from Oviedo's train and bus stations and under ten minutes on foot from Calle Gascona and the old town.
