The 1-bedroom apartment, on Calle Manuel Pedregal, is let on a seasonal basis for stays with a justified purpose other than tourism, with room for three guests and typical stays of several weeks or months, at number 4 bis of the building.

The bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and generous wardrobe space. The separate living room includes a single sofa bed and a smart TV, useful for two colleagues on a work stay or a family with one child staying together.

The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and full cookware. The bathroom has a shower and toiletries included. High-speed wifi and individual air conditioning and heating complete the apartment throughout the stay, at no extra cost.

Access is self-managed through a smart lock, with no need to coordinate arrival times with anyone. The apartment is on the first floor, with no lift, five minutes' walk from the train and bus stations, in the centre of the city.
