The 2-bedroom apartment, on Calle Manuel Pedregal, is let on a seasonal basis for stays with a justified purpose other than tourism, with room for four guests across two separate bedrooms, each with its own wardrobe, at number 4 bis.

Each bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and its own wardrobe, useful for colleagues on a work stay or a family that needs separate space throughout their stay, without giving up privacy or wardrobe space in either of the two bedrooms.

The spacious living room has a sofa and a smart TV, alongside an open kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and full cookware. The bathroom has a shower and toiletries included for all four guests throughout the stay.

Access is self-managed through a smart lock, with no need to coordinate arrival times with anyone. The apartment is on the first floor, with no lift, five minutes' walk from the train and bus stations, in the centre of the city.
