The Studio apartment, on Calle Manuel Pedregal, is offered as a seasonal rental for stays with a justified purpose other than tourism: work, training, medical treatment or other temporary needs lasting several weeks or months, at number 4 bis of the building.
The bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe space for luggage. The open kitchen, built into the same room, includes a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and the cookware needed for daily use, without relying on nearby restaurants throughout the stay.
There's a dedicated corner for working on a laptop, suited to stays of several weeks or longer. The bathroom has a shower and basic toiletries. High-speed wifi and individual air conditioning and heating are included in the price of the stay.
Access is self-managed through a smart lock, with no need to coordinate arrival times with anyone. The apartment is on the first floor, with no lift, five minutes' walk from Oviedo's train and bus stations, in the centre of the city.
